More About Cheryl Ridall
Cheryl has successfully coached individuals moving through a work and/or life transition, as well as helping to strengthen and empower work teams at all levels from senior leaders to department employee groups. She has recently provided wellness consulting and coaching for local companies, including a collaboration with a highly visible downtown medical clinic team, to provide strategies for effective communication, clarity with roles, policies and procedures; in addition to offering enhanced fitness and wellness solutions for employees and patients.
Moving your body moves your mind and often your best solutions arise away from the workplace. Finding solutions to a challenge often arrives when you move your body in ways you love; as well as embracing new challenges, whether it's being coached in the swimming pool, riding a horse, partnering with a horse on the ground or taking a brisk walk.
Cheryl is an avid swimmer, horsewoman and lover of nature. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University and a Masters degree in Sport Science from the United States Sports Academy.
